This is a full workout of 15 different exercises inspired by the great French teacher Thomas Patris. I've been practicing and teaching it steadily for the past 15 years and truly believe this is the best series of hand exercises that exist. It is a condensation of American rudiments, and French technique as taught by the great Dante Agostini. The .pdf includes 3 pages of detailed explanations on how to practice it.
